Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on the My Posh Planner and Accessories, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a Miami Posh store credit or exchange it for something else worth equal value. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them. Shipping will not be funded.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

Domestic orders that are placed will be shipped to customers within 5-7 business days.  Arrival dates vary depending on location of shipping address. ​
